I bought a Big Tex trailer 14ET-18 on the recommendation of the owner to tow my Kubota skid steer on 12/28/20. The first time I used it the ramps buckled when loading. I brought it back immediately and the manager took pics and said the owner was too busy to meet with me but would call the warranty dept of Big Tex which they never did. I finally called Big Tex myself and they said that the ramps are only rated for 4000 lbs each (for a 14000 GW) but said they would send replacement ramps which they never did.
