Overloaded my deck with 4000lbs of concrete and then told us afterwards that the room below the deck was no longer structurally safe and could collapse. They then didn't show for weeks to fix it. The whole thing was estimated to take 4 days and instead it has been 2 months and is still incomplete. They also cemented in our gutters and got cement on our windows. Lastly, it was incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone and they often didn't show up.
Diamond Ridge is a great company to work with. The project manager was very responsive and kept us up to date with progress of our project. The pricing is reasonable, and they finished the job quickly as well.
