Best professional camera store period!! – This is a must come store for all your camera needs regardless if your are a novice or a professional. Prices are the best in the city and they always have the newest products first!! Only issue is that it's so big and so packed with people that you might lose yourself in there.

B&H is awesome! – I have bought several cameras and accessories at B&H over the years. I also bought a 6-disc DVD player several years ago. The staff at B&H, especially in the photo area where I've spent the most time, are just amazing. They can really give you good advice, and not one size fits all. When I was upgrading to a DSLR, I didn't want to spend a fortune, so the sales guy told me what to buy new, vs. what I could buy from their secondhand department to save money. yeahh!!! – I PURCHASED A KOBY 7INCH UNDERCABINET TV ONLINE,AND IT IS AWESOME.THE SCREEN IS CRYSTAL CLEAR,AND i LOVE IT, EVERYTHING IS SUPERB.THE LAST UNDERCAB TV I PURCHASED LASTED 20 YEARS, AND WAS STILL GOING STRONG. THE ONLY FLAW WAS THAT i GOT A GREY REMOTE WITH A WHITE TV...... THE REMOTE IS MAGNETIZED AND ADHERES TO THE FRIDGE NICELY.iF b AND h WOULD SEND ME A WHITE ONE TO MATCH MY DECOR, IT WOULD BE SUPER. Great product, but horrendous customer service – I purchased my flatscreen TV from the B&H website. The TV itself is incredible and I love it, but the experience of buying it was one of the worst I've ever had. The site advertised a "white glove installation service," which I paid extra for, but on the day of delivery, the deliveryman told me he would only do an installation if I gave him some cash. Like a fool, I gave him $20. He said he had to get tools from his car, left my apartment, and then never came back. When I call... read more

great selection, great prices, fair return policy – I'm very pleased with this store. They have an extremely large selection of equipment and the prices are better than anywhere else. Customer service is excellent and the return policy is fair - I had to return items several times and the process was always smooth. A cattle market, wasted my time. – Unfortunately I cannot recommend B&H as a store. I went there today to pay cash for two Lecia D-LUX3's, as the website said they had them in stock. A word of warning, don't come here if you're unsure about what you want. It's a chaotic cattle market and they want to deal with you as quickly as possible. I waited 15 minutes in line only to be told that they have them in store but they are only shipping them (?!). Do not buy anywhere else – Unreal, thats all I can say, had originally planned to buy all my equipment here but was suckered into buying my camera elsewhere for seemingly a lot less money.....I know I'll regret this at some stage in the future.
