Really friendly, professional Company. Having heard scratching from all floors of my house, I emailed Sian, who came straight back with dates and costs. Kevin came round within days and identified, the entry point was the soil pipes, and laid poison. He came back 4 days later to check the poison had worked and fitted one-way trap valves onto each soil pipes to prevent any further infestations, and advise on how to rat proof my home.
