After moving out, I received a statement containing significant billing errors and charges that were either incorrect or not adequately explained. Only after I disputed the statement were some of the errors corrected. Despite the seriousness of sending a former resident an inaccurate bill, there was no meaningful acknowledgment or apology. They just had a MAJOR data leak. We lived in an apartment here about 15 years ago. We just got a random text message at my wife's number(who was just listed as a resident, not even the primary resident associated with the rent itself), that she owed a debt for our apartment from 15 years ago at Lakeside Wheaton. They even spelled our name wrong, and had multiple spelling errors in the message. It clearly came from a scam center overseas. Beacon at Meridian has been GREAT to work with! The team has been friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with. HUGE shoutout to Layla for being helpful, responsive, and making the process smooth. Overall, I’ve had a positive experience with the property and appreciate the way they support both residents and clients.
If I could give BH management 0 stars I would! After multiple negligent incidences with no resolution or attempt of resolution in our community under BH management, I would never rent in a BH property again.
Terrible company.... if bh is the managmenet company for your place run.... the worst company I've ever dealt with
