I just had an appointment which required a cleaning and an oral examination. The cleaning which was done by Anthony was painless and in depth. I was then examined by Dr. Li and she was great. She explained to me what needed to be done and also suggested some recommendations for me concerning my teeth. I had an absolutely great experience 🙌🏽. I would highly recommend this practice. 👌

While searching for a new dentist, I came across BH Dental and decided to schedule an appointment based on the excellent reviews. My appointment was at 10:50, and shortly after completing the intake forms, I was promptly called in by Lexy for X-rays. The first cleaning girl gave my teeth the roughest cleaning I've ever had and kept hitting my gums then blames me saying I'm moving my head. I kept telling her I'm not moving my head. I think she had an attitude. On top of that I wasn't even there for a cleaning. Then the main dentist lady comes in and wants me to reschedule just because the room wasn't prepared for doing a filling even though I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance.
