Totally tried to bait and switch me on a job. Told me it would be an hour or so when I was on the phone. Then said it would easily be 3, maybe 4 hours when I came to drop it off. Worse yet, while I was waiting I heard a receptionist try to get someone to tow their 12,000 lb vehicle in after stating the frame rack they have is rated to 9800 max. No one loves bringing their car to a body shop, usually means your car needs lots of $$! B&H makes the process so smooth, I have had two 4Runners in their shop. I love the pictures while the car is being worked on, and the quality of work is amazing! I highly recommend all my family, and even my customers use B&H for body repairs.
