I went to this practice ( Dr Matthew Vaughn ) for 2 years and was well satisfied. THEN last month I had to have an old crown redone. Due to problems with the dental labor makin the crown incorrectly, it took several appointments to get the crown done. Within 3 days, I began to have pain in that tooth and the two teeth adjacent to it. The pain spread to my jaw and gums. It was so severe I called on a Saturday. Dr Vaughn was very nice.
