BGS marine provides an outstanding customer experience for service. Preston, Robert, and Jennifer are excellent at communicating updates and progress with phone calls, emails, texts and photos. They have an incredibly diligent team of experts who proudly display and explain their work and go above and beyond what is required.
I had taken my boat in for a repair. It wasn't repaired properly the first time. I reached out to Randy. He arranged to pick it up as I didn't have a trailer and kept it in a wet slip on Base. They took it in and did almost $4000 more of work at no expense to myself. I can't tell you how GRATEFUL I am to them. The President-Dan dealt with me first hand. I HIGHLY recommend BGS for repairs.
