I had taken my boat in for a repair. It wasn't repaired properly the first time. I reached out to Randy. He arranged to pick it up as I didn't have a trailer and kept it in a wet slip on Base. They took it in and did almost $4000 more of work at no expense to myself. I can't tell you how GRATEFUL I am to them. The President-Dan dealt with me first hand. I HIGHLY recommend BGS for repairs.

BEWARE OF BGS! I had my boat repaired there for bogging down at high RPM's. They changed the hub assembly, the water pump and put me a new prop on. It was $1000 of work. I get the boat back and the first time I use it, it's doing the exact same thing. I was told it was load tested. They are NOT STANDING BEHIND THEIR WORK. Be warned. I have never encountered a company so unwilling to stand behind its work. I hired BGS, a certified Yamaha dealer, to perform a pre-purchase inspection and sea trial on a 2022 boat equipped with twin 2022 Yamaha 425 engines, each with approximately 350 hours. BGS reported that the engines passed their inspection with no issues.
