Serina’s hands are truly God sent! As someone who doesn’t usually get her hair braided professionally, my appointments here have been so refreshing. Serina takes the time out to know your concerns prior and makes sure hair health comes first. The braids were so neat and lasted a lot longer than I expected, and were not tight at all. The Markham salon I went to was such a clean and welcoming environment. I will definitely be back to try different services.
I tried booking an appointment and calling to cancel and they were very rude and hung up in my face I tried calling back they ignored all my calls. And then they were texting me asking if im okay being snarky when all I was trying to do was cancel. They blocked my number. The reason I needed help is cause I couldn't cancel it through the app so for them to be rude and not help me on the phone is ridiculous I have a broken wrist I'm not able to use my phone as easy as everyone else so being on the phone is what is helps me co... read more
From the wash to the styling and finally the after care, the service was excellent! BGR Studios staff, location and hospitality are second to none.
She’s decent but not the best there is way better out there
