We hired BGMB to install a new furnace. It went well for a few months but then a vent pipe that was only taped to a rusted-out boot became dislodged and fell out of place from the duct work. I called Brad at BGMG and it took a few days for him to return the call. I sent him pictures of the incident and he told me that MY emergency was not a "REAL" emergency and he is busy with real emergencies that need to come first. I contacted Brad over the weekend for an unknown issue we were having with our furnace. With it being a Sunday afternoon, I was concerned we weren’t going to find someone to come out to take a look. Brad called me back promptly and I explained to him the issue and how quickly the temp was dropping, with a pregnant girlfriend and a three year old, we needed someone to come out ASAP. Brad charged us for a couple parts for our boiler we didn’t even need. Said we needed yet another part and said he would do it for free once the part came in. Never heard from him again. He didn’t return any calls, texts, or voice messages. He never kept us in the loop when he received parts or was available. Very thorough work, explained what was needed and gave us a deal because we've had so many issues in the past with other businesses. Will use this company again when we need future maintenance.

Have them come out to install a gas line for my pool heater and they did not know how to install the pool heater in a gas line hook up overcharge me and I requested a refund and no they still don't want to give me a refund I do not recommend this company at all
