The apartment was dirty, lots of roaches, bad smell, really bad! I had to take it because I was in an emergency, I paid my rent and my deposit and never failed to pay RIGHT in time the FULL amount of the rent for 2 years! when I vacated my apartment it was completely clean, disinfected, I left my drapes there, I also left a mini coffee maker, shower curtain and WITH NO ROACHES at all !! Absolutely horrible company they never answer the phone never call back disgusting company the manager and the people at the office are pathetic im dealing with a mold outbreak and all they did was patch up the mold with new sheet rock i'm currently displaced because of this issue and they refused to fix the problem only when it got really bad my health has been compromised because of this they are negligent and don't care for any of tenants health or anything they are quick to take first months rent but don't wanna fix anyt... read more
This place is disgusting. manager doesn't care about the property or the tenants all she wants is your money. There are rats and roaches everywhere I don't recommend this place to anybody. When you have a maintenance emergency maintenance never shows up. They're never in the office. If I could rate this place a zero I would.
Absolutely horrible company. They don't have a voice-mail, don't call back, don't respond to emails, and have terrible office hours. Trying to renew my lease and the process is moving at a snail's pace.
