Stellar experience. Bernie was extremely helpful and walked me through choosing a bike that fits perfectly! Very knowledgeable, professional and patient throughout the entire process.
Staff is great!
There was a great selection of bikes, from budget options to expert - all of great quality! Sam kindly answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable about products. I liked that I was able to test ride a couple bikes before making a decision, and that I could put in a special order with the store easily if needed. Thank you Sam and BGI for helping me find my new ride!
