Extremely disappointed with this builder. It has only been 4 years since my house was completed, and the cap of my feature wall has already come off after some wind. If the work was done properly and sealed as it should have been, this should never have come off this early. When I contacted the builder, I was told it’s “outside the warranty” and basically left to deal with it myself. Almost ZERO Workmanship. No pride in their work. Never again.
1 year in after a 3.5 year build after the sales pitch told us we were ahead of the “bubble”. The maintenance issues have been insane. Paving is starting to sink on one side, roof leaks, shelves not level, repainted the entire ceiling and hallway, manganese stains all of the exterior walls, cracking roof tiles, broken bricks, broken light fixtures the list goes on and on and on. Absolute disgrace of a company certainly know how to ruin building your first home for your family , water leaks , dodgy painting , not sorting issues raised on pci the list goes on do not ever build with these cowboys, and the same leak back a year later and turns out if you support renewable energy and install solar panels then it voids your roof warranty , the photo attached is from BGC stating solar panels VOID roof WARRANTY !!!!!!!
Have been trying to get my aircon fixed through BGC for the last 3months, they previously had someone come out to fix the vent. Had Fujitsu out for a service of the unit, they checked the roof and found issues with the installation (which they cannot touch). Advised I speak to the builder to get the installers out to fix as it does not meet code. Requested this 3 months ago, I have since been handballed around to 3 different building consultants as they keep quitting? Asked for Manager callbacks, nothing. Building commission... read more
