BGC was a great company to work with! Garrett Ball was a very informative sales rep. It was our first time making an insurance claim (after a hail storm) and he helped walk us through each step. He was very responsive to communication as well. Guy Badger was our project manager and kept us informed every step of the way on the day of installation and was very helpful as well! The crew was very respectful of our home/property and overall it is was a very seamless process! I highly recommend them!
I could not be more pleased with the care and professionalism I was shown by Daniel and Troy during the entire process of getting a new roof. They walked me through it all and took care of everything in a very precise and careful manner. I so appreciate their attention to detail and have already been recommending them and BGC to all of my friends and neighbors. Quite simply the best!
Daniel White and Troy did a wonderful job arranging the replacement of our roof. They meticulously investigated the problems and offered solutions, also worked with our insurance company to make everything possible. Everything was done in a timely manner and with great quality.
