Honestly the receptionist could be a little bit nicer literally stares at her computer not even acknowledging people when they say good morning.

We registered our child in private swimming class for few seasons. Recent season was a disaster. It is private but too many kids are in pool. Does not look like a private lesson. The quality of coaches drop as well. If there is no room and capacity, it is better to not accept new kids for private lessons instead of charging parents for low quality classes.
