We’ve had a really positive experience with the swimming instructors and front desk staff, they are kind, patient, and great with the kids. My son enjoys his lessons and the actual programming is wonderful. However, the change room situation is extremely disappointing. It is consistently dirty and poorly maintained. The single baby change table in the family changeroom is almost always covered in water, loose hair, and general mess left behind by other families.
