My chain had unfortunately snapped, but the awesome guy at BGB was happy to take a quick look at it, identify it as a quick fix and sorted it all out for me without charge. I was desperately looking for a timeless piece for my niece as a gift for quiet a few weeks; I received silver money box as a child growing up and still have it 30 odd years later.
