Terrible service from Alexander Blanco when I went in. He was rude and on his phone while I was trying to ask questions about purchasing a piece they had he just said wait i am chatting on discord , he ignored all questions I had asked him and then he tried to sell me a pokemon elite box whatever that is for $200? I don't have kids that is not what I want. Never going back.
Went to BGB Jewellery last week to have some repairs done. Alex was super friendly & helpful. He didn't overcharge or take too long either. Highly recommend!
