Went to East Longmeadow location for tinting my car windows. They did an awesome job! He explained all the options of tinting that he had to offer and was never pushy. Told me about 2hrs and was right on. Picked up the car and he took the time to explain what to do and what not do with the windows, even though he was in the middle of another job. Looked it over in detail today, perfect! That was my experience.
I made an appointment before church on a Sunday morning at the East Longmeadow site and was done in no time very pleased and made it to church on time Bg tint did a very good job and I would definitely recommend them

I want to say as far as there work, The work is good!! But I don't think the customer service is great , I purchased there most expensive tint and after waiting for the tint to set I see the blue look from the tint. I have been tinting cars for over 20 yrs and I have always gone to Mr Tint.. I have had bad experiences there but they have always tried to make it right .. Well not at BG!! When someone spends almost $300 to tint there car I would think you would want to make sure I am happy! I could see if they had retint my ca... read more
