What can I say? Greg, Pete & the rest of the crew @ B & Services are beyond PHENOMENAL! Customer Service & satisfaction is #1 importance to them! Greg Jeffries is one of the BEST, nicest, knowledgeable owners of a business. Our wheel came off our 5th wheel down the freeway 38 miles away. NO ONE could take care of us. Called Greg, he told us what to do, we nursed it back to his shop, 38 miles & 4 hours later AFTER the shop closed, he's there waiting & guiding us in! I had an issue with the black water tank valve on my 5th wheel Cougar 30RLS and I called B&G. We made an agreement to bring it by to have it fixed. I rolled up, was met outside by Greg and then Pete the service manager came out to actually do the repair. Greg was even kind enough to check the brakes on my rig! My point here is that an RV dealer down the street would have had my rig for a month or better before they even initiated the repair. I had my rig back the same day! great company to deal with. We needed our motorhome MD inspected and they took it in right away. when we went to pick it up the stereo and cameras would not come on. 3 of the guys including the owner jumped into action. Turned out to be the reset button on the stereo we think because the battery was low but great job and much appreciated. we now have a great place to take the motorhome for service. Pete was great on the phone and guided me to try a few things to fix my AC problem over the phone. The problem was a breaker switch which was thrown and once flipped back on the AC worked! This saved me from the expense of a pricey service call! Thank you!
