On June 27th, at approximately 10 pm the property that we were leasing as of June 4th 2021 Caught fire In the bathroom. It was the ceiling vent that was not grounded correctly and caught fire. Luckily my son came in the room and smelled smoke. He went in the bathroom and saw a fire! We jumped up and Luckily my husband had just arrived home and tried to put it out. We lived in one of BG’s rentals for over a year. The house was perfect for our family after we sold our home. The property was in excellent condition and they were always right on target when we needed maintenance. Ryan Torr was excellent to work with and made the move out process very easy. We would definitely rent from BG again should the need ever arise.
I have been a 30 year owner at Willow Run. Also have served as president of Homeowners' Association. Upkeep of the complex needs to be a joint effort of all residents and the management company. Yes, the dynamics have changed over the years, but the need for everyone to help maintain individual properties has not changed. This can help until the situation is stabilized with the new Management company and the selected maintenance company. Patience and cooperation needed.
I moved to Lafayette, in Sept of 2019. Dena Saltzman made the move and renting process very pleasant and easy. I have and will continue to recommend them.
