Awesome. Honest. Upfront.
This guy Gary freeze is very unreliable whatever you do do not give him money upfront lesson learned he is a really respectful person but he will not come back to finish the job but he'll scam you to get your money and never show up and tell you all lies and excuses. So I please do advise not to use this company or call for Gary freeze or when he ask money upfront don't do it !!! Telling you for your own good he might seem light a good person but has bad intentions to scam people out their money !!!
Before I start, the photos I am sharing are screenshots of the conversation that Mr. Gary Freeze and I had through text about him coming out to fix my car for the second time. I’ll be honest, this man claims to be a mechanic, but he is not a mobile mechanic… just a dude with a scan tool and he is NOT RELIABLE!!! Gary showed up to my house on Monday, 23 September to come and fix my Infiniti Q50. I paid him $70 for showing up to attempt to get the car running, and if he fixed the car, it was gonna be $150. If I could put zero stars I would. He took $700 and never did the repairs or refunded the money. I will be suing him! He has a very public record with MANY MANY charges for grand larceny, petit larceny, car theft, hit and run from the police. Don't take my word for it! Check out his record on virginia court system.
