This company is terrible. We have paid them several times to repair machines for our company, and each time they are NOT repaired, and often have new issues after getting them back. It has cost us 10s of thousands of dollars in returned/damaged goods from waistbands popping, alone, along with the hundreds is false "repair" fees. On top of all this, I have been a professional seamstress for over 15 years, and I have never been talked-down to more, than when dealing with these people. Unprofessional.
