Very good at what they do.
I was made aware that the crew was out of town. Was told I would get a phone call back about an approximate time frame they would be back and be able to perform the survey and I have yet to receive a call back. I have attempted to call my tiple times and each time I am sent to voice mail. Their professionalism is lacking in some areas.
Set up an appointment met with them in the basement with Amy on 14th and Wakarusa conference call to the residential department in Manhattan Kansas zoom I realize Covid has shut a lot of things down but this was June this year 2021 they did the original work on my house 30 years ago was looking to do some addition good communications for the first week must be busier than heck ghosted there after no communications multiple messages no no communications
