Amazing place! Such friendly trainers. Love that they pay so much attention to form. I have now been with the gym for 3 years and I have not only seen significant changes in my physique but also in my endurance and strength. The trainers are always pushing us to lift heavier, run faster and jump higher. I never thought I would be able to do pullups and now I can do sets of 6-8 without a problem.
From never been to a gym before to looking forward to going every day, all credit to the team at BFT west Frisco. A welcoming and encouraging group has transformed my mornings and generally how I feel about myself. An excellent place to start your fitness journey or improve what you already have. 11/10!
