From never been to a gym before to looking forward to going every day, all credit to the team at BFT west Frisco. A welcoming and encouraging group has transformed my mornings and generally how I feel about myself. An excellent place to start your fitness journey or improve what you already have. 11/10!
5 months in and they haven't killed me yet! It's been over 10 years since I followed anything approaching a formal workout routine so I walked in like a middle-aged baby. Imagine a Benjamin Button Brad Pitt but without the looks, fame, money, or domestic issues. Well, thanks to the consistency of my routine and the patience of the BFT staff, I am feeling better and healthier overall than I have in years. Classes run 7 days a week if you're keen.
