Disclaimer: I haven't ever attended thr gym. And I'm not trying to review bomb (hence the 2 stars), but I dont know how else to make a difference... Their music is unnecessarily loud. Every Saturday morning they play bass-ey music so loud that literally everyone in all of Enterprise Drive (and all surrounding streets) is driven crazy by it. We all complain to eachother about it. We absolutely love BFT! As busy parents, it’s so easy to put ourselves last, so finding a place that allows us to prioritise our health while bringing the kids along has been a game changer. The early mornings are made so much easier knowing we’re walking into such a welcoming and supportive environment. The trainers are incredible, the vibes are always good, and it genuinely feels like family. We’ve made some beautiful friendships and actually look forward to training every day. By far the most amazingly positive experience I have had working out BFT Uni Hill is super clean and the facilities are awesome 🤩 But the best part is ALL the staff are superstars super supportive, super attentive, super encouraging and super knowledgeable Love it here

BFT is my second home, I love this place, the vibes and all of the trainers. It’s an amazing environment and I always feel accomplished and happy after every session. Thanks so much guys. Highly recommend 10/10
