BFT is great!! Everyone is encouraging and friendly. The coaches are wonderful - they are knowledgeable and really push you to be your strongest!
This review is long overdue. Before I found BFT, I had never found a workout routine that truly worked for me. I dreaded going to Orangetheory, and every other fitness class felt like something I had to force myself to do. The coaching, general manager and owner are all top notch! I feel welcomed, supported and valued. The vigilant form correction by the coaches is also a key factor that makes BFT Sunnyvale stand above other studios. I highly recommend BFT Sunnyvale!
Love this studio! Why? It constantly changes the workouts, you never get bored of doing the same everyday, you get challenged, you get coached and the coaches really care about you. You do cardio, you do weights, you do everything.
This gym really stands out... Every coach is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely invested in helping members succeed. They take the time to focus on proper form and technique, ensuring workouts are both effective and safe, but they're also super fun and genuinely awesome people who bring great energy to every class.
