As someone who has spent the last 10 years at commercial gyms and finally made the move, I could not be happier. The trainers are bloody legends, they bring an energy to every session, they make you want to train hard whilst having a great time doing it, all while being highly technical and making sure your form is correct. I highly recommend South Yarra BFT! The members and staff are an amazing, hardworking group of people. The vibe, support, and energy during the sessions are fantastic. Definitely give it a try yourself!
