Skip this gym and go to dangdedong south BFT. Cus this Doesn’t have the same vibe as the other BFT gyms. There’s no community vibe and people are very individualistic. The sessions aren’t the best. And the trainers aren’t knowledgeable or skilled, Unlike other BFTs in Victoria.

Great gym with staff who actually care about you. They’ve built a nice little community. The classes are a similar but different to f45, perhaps a little more weight focused. But I’ve found the change in franchises has made a big impact. If you live in the area come down for a trial, the crew will look after you.
