I’ve been to a few different gyms, BFT Port Adelaide is the first time I’ve ever truely felt 100% comfortable. No matter what mood I’m in the trainers make the workouts fun/enjoyable! They definitely push you to go harder than you think you can! I’ve seen consist results from training there! I could never go back to a conventional gym!!
