I had a fantastic experience at BFT Mascot! The trainers are incredibly cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful, motivating and guiding everyone with great energy. The program is well-structured and keeps things exciting while ensuring a great workout. What I love most is that it's suitable for all fitness level - whether you're strong or just starting out, you can challenge yourself and enjoy the session.
