I've done over 500 sessions at this Gym, and I am constantly improving my form, technique and overall fitness with the help of the awesome trainers and progressive programming at Manly BFT. Highly recommend if you want a good community, great programming and trainers who care about the outcome for you.
Love training at BFT. Really great community with motivating trainers. Able to track progress as the sessions are progressive. The only gym I have ever actually improved weight lifting.
