Took my first class here last week and I loved it!!! It was challenging but the coaches were very helpful and made sure you had good form to prevent injury. I also loved how everyone was so kind and welcoming. I would go back!
Attended BFT for a Cardio U class for the first time!!! Kicked my butt! Super challenging class but with the right support from Curtis I was able to push through and get a great workout in. Highly recommend for anyone trying to level up their fitness! Thanks BFT Little Italy for a great time

I loved the Lower Body Strength class! As a trainer and coach myself for over 10 years, I was l so impressed by the attention to detail, exercise selection, and coaching throughout the entire class. It’s not often I take a class and feel this impressed by the quality of instruction! The space is also beautiful! The huge windows overlooking the water make it feel like you’re training outside which was such a bonus ! Amazing coaching + an amazing environment. Will definitely be back!
