Incredible class! Love this workout and come take this class anytime I am in town.
I've been going to BFT since October 2025, and it's had a really positive impact on my fitness. I'm stronger, more confident tackling movements I used to find difficult, and my stamina has improved significantly. I feel healthier, more capable in the gym, and I've even noticed a big improvement in my running, I get less tired and recover better. The biggest downside is the cost.
