Each workout day is new, fun, challenging and flies by. The trainers are amazing. We always have two trainers walking the floor, challenging us, correcting form, etc. Nicole, Prissylla, Nivea, Amy, Mike, Jeralee, and the entire crew are awesome. Great group of kind positive uplifting members too. Totally worth the price and time. LOVE MY BFT.
Coaches are fantastic, definitely pushes you in each workout. Great mix of cardio and strength training. Mike is cool too.

Even though I’m not a member, everyone at BFT has always made me feel incredibly welcome. The coaches and members are friendly, encouraging, and genuinely passionate about building a supportive fitness community. They host awesome events that are open to the public, which is how I was introduced to HYROX.
