I've been to many different gyms over the years. I come from a mixed martial arts background, and I've also done CrossFit, boot camps, bodybuilding, and various types of fitness training. Love BFT!! It’s a great community, keeps me accountable with a routine and the coaches are there to cheer you on and push you just the right amount to get the most out of the class and leave feeling like you worked hard 🤩
Love BFT so much. The community is so nice and the trainers are so personable and easy to talk too. The coaches really want to help you achieve your goals. Every workout is unique and they will help you with the movement.
