I had a very disappointing experience at BFT Hoppers Crossing. During my session, I injured my lower back badly and was in extreme pain. I had my 4yr old son there who has a physical disability, and despite clearly being in distress, no one offered to help me carry out my son or assist me in any way. I ended up bedridden for an entire week due to the injury ! I expected more care, understanding, and support from the staff, especially in a situation where my health and safety were at risk. We were visiting for the first time and the trainers were so friendly and welcoming! Gym was spacious and clean. Equipment was well organized! Love the vibe!! Thank you for the great hospitality!
BFT Hoppers Crossing is hands down the best! After a month, I’m hooked – the workouts are tough but fun, and the vibe is unreal. Huge shoutout to Julian, Josh, Jack & One for always guiding me, teaching proper techniques (even when I look like a wobbly jellyfish), and keeping me motivated.
