I’ve had such a great experience at BFT! The community is welcoming and supportive, and the coaching is fantastic. Best functional training gym! I love that there are specific programs dedicated to progressive HIIT and specific programs dedicated to intentional, slower-paced weight-lifting. It keeps you challenged and focused every week. The coaches are knowledgeable, and the community is amazing! Highly recommend!
