I joined BFT on a recommendation from a friend who attends their branch in the Gold Coast. Pretty much instantly fell in love with it. Essendon has such a great community, both the coaches and the other trainees are amazing. Each session ends in a fist bump well done for showing up. I love the BFT style of training, where you train to your heart rate zone, know exactly how much and how long of something you need to do.
