BFT Watsonia is awesome. The trainers are so friendly, encouraging and give you great tips on your form to lift heavier and work harder. BFT training itself is great with a mix of cardio and strength training. The thing I like the best though is there is so much variety and the structure of the classes are carefully considered to make sure you are getting the best out of your strength and cardiovascular fitness. They also have recovery with saunas, an ice bath and recovery boots. I highly recommend!
I’ve been a member at BFT for a year now and absolutely love it! One of the best parts is being able to move between studios—it’s super convenient—but Watsonia is by far my favourite. The trainers are all so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely supportive. I love the variety in the workouts—every session feels different and keeps things interesting. It’s such a great environment to train in, and I always leave feeling stronger and more motivated!
I absolutely love BFT watsonia! The coaches are so warm and welcoming and have made me feel comfortable in my strength training journey since I’m so use to Pilates and Yoga! I have loved incorporating in the different styles of training into my routine 🫶🏼
I've been at BFT Watsy for 2 years now and it is amazing. The trainers really know what they're doing and always there to help. I drive past other BFT's on my way but always choose Watsy for the fun and inclusive culture.
