I absolutely love BFT Watsonia! The coaches are so friendly and always make you feel welcome. It’s the first gym where I’ve felt confident lifting weights because they take the time to correct my technique, and I haven’t injured myself. I’ve always loved cardio classes, so stepping into weights was a big deal for me.
