I've been a member at the BFT Brighton studio since it opened 3 years ago, and honestly, I can't give it enough PRAISE! Training here has completely re-energised me - turning my middle-aged, tiring body and mind into a stronger, more motivated and energetic version of myself! Each workout is brilliantly designed (love the heart-rate PXI-goal based system!), and pushes me just beyond my OWN limits. Loved every class at BFT Brighton! The coaches (shout out to Sez, Des, Bella, Dan!) bring incredible energy, humour, and genuinely care about each member’s goals, and provide guidance on form etc. Happy coaches = happy members, and it really shows here as the coaches seem to genuinely love what they do and take pride in their work.
