My favorite workout ever!! It's different everyday so you don't feel burnt out, the community is super supportive and fun and the trainers are awesome!
Body Fit Training Brentwood is a judgement free, go as hard as you can (or want), member focused gym. The coaches are friendly and knowledgable, continually working to create a community everyone can enjoy. If you’re just looking for a place to get a workout or two in, or train for a Hyrox competition or a Spartan Race, BFT is the gym. Plus, you’d get to meet me 👍🏻
Update: Dec 2025 I’ve been with BFT for a couple of years now, and I actually enjoy it more today than when I first started. The programming works so much better for me, and I’ve gained more muscle definition than I ever did doing CrossFit-style workouts for years.
