BFT Albion is an awesome gym. The trainers are excellent — always attentive, encouraging, and focused on helping you improve your technique and get the most out of your workout. The space itself is modern and well equipped, with a great mix of workouts that keep things interesting across both strength and cardio sessions. The social atmosphere (it’s not just a gym it’s a community) makes it easy to stay motivated, there’s plenty of parking, and overall it’s great value for money. Highly recommend.
Outstanding gym with incredible results! I've been a member of BFT Albion for 10 months and couldn't be happier. The variety of session times (from 5am to early evening, including lunchtime) makes it easy to fit workouts into any schedule, and I often double up on cardio days since members can attend multiple sessions. If you're looking to join a community, this would be an awesome place to start. The staff are super lovely & supportive! If you're new to this type of training, the staff are very helpful in guiding and pushing you through the workout. Can't recommend enough!
