BFS offers several different Youth Athletic Performance classes: Speed & Agility; Explosive Power; High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT); Raw Strength; Sprint Mechanics; Yoga (coming soon). All Strength classes use KEISER equipment. Keiser machines are based on a pneumatic system (air pressure). MUCH safer on our joints and ligaments; much easier to use; measures not only amount of weight, but also the force you move that weight (Peak Power). Excellent for ALL athletes; ALL age groups; ALL sports.

My 9 year-old has been going to BFS since November. It's really helped with his strength, endurance and balance. I would highly recommend BFS. The flexibility with the classes is great as well.
