THIS IS THE GREATEST PLACE OF ALL TIME!!!!! Coach really puts effort into our lessons so we can perform at our max. I would recommend any kid that wants to get bigger, faster, and stronger to come here. It is a great, fun place to work out!
My 9 year-old has been going to BFS since November. It's really helped with his strength, endurance and balance. I would highly recommend BFS. The flexibility with the classes is great as well.
