Paid $925 EXTRA for New Bumpers and tail lights. He sanded off the rusty and painted OVER THE CHROME BUMPER and did NOT replace the tail lights. Has been giving me bullshit excuses for a month and won't refund the EXTRA $925 I PAID. Just filed with the Florida ATTORNEY GENERAL. AVOID THIS BUSINESSES LIKE THE PLAGUE !! In March 2024 I was referred to BFR from Superior Auto Body shop for a full body paint job. I was told Superior no longer paints whole cars anymore because it takes too much of their time and backlogs their paint booth. Too bad because my experience with Superior Auto Body is that they are a first class outfit that does impeccable work.
