Would like to start off by saying their outdoor furniture and umbrellas at top notch and very well made. My company purchased patio furniture and umbrellas for 3 restaurant and love the look and quality but what is outstanding is their customer service. One of our guests misused an umbrella and broken the string to the crank. I contacted BFM and within a week had a replacement with extremely easy how to instructions to take off the canvas and reinstall on the replacement. Will only buy BFM umbrellas from now on.

We have purchased many industrial chairs and barstools from BFM Seating and have been very pleased with the quality and price point at which they are offered. Customer Service has always been exceptional when dealing with them.
