Mr. Jack Benrube was very hands on throughout our condo restoration project in Miami Beach, and thorough in his Scope of Work. This helped mitigate too many change orders and allowed for price transparency from the get-go. He has a great team surrounding him who were very receptive to communication. Highly Recommended

I use BFM for the exterior maintenance and stucco work on a couple of my strip malls. Most crews in this area show up late, leave trash everywhere, and try to hit you with change orders the second a job gets moving. These guys don’t play those games. They coordinated the staging so it didn't block my tenants' foot traffic, stuck to the contracted price, and the workmanship is clean. They run a tight ship on-site and keep the paperwork straight.
