Hired BFM for balcony repairs and deck waterproofing at our mid-rise. Good communication from the office. Price was exactly what the contract said, no BS upcharges. Passed structural inspections fast. Highly recommend!
We had a nightmare with water leaking from the amenity deck down into our parking garage for three years. Two other contractors tried to patch it and failed. BFM finally came in, stripped it down to the rebar, did the concrete restoration right, and laid a proper waterproofing membrane. Garage is completely dry now. Yes it was loud, but it's heavy construction so that’s expected. The actual work is bulletproof!
Jack and the entire BFM team are incredible, if you need 40 year recertifications, waterproofing or concrete restoration they are your answer. They are honest, reliable and a pleasure to work with.
Mr. Jack Benrube was very hands on throughout our condo restoration project in Miami Beach, and thorough in his Scope of Work. This helped mitigate too many change orders and allowed for price transparency from the get-go. He has a great team surrounding him who were very receptive to communication. Highly Recommended
BFM did some stucco and paint work for us. No issues, fair price, and they cleaned up when they finished. Good work, will call them again!
