Dana is incredible. She created an hour of stretching and strength training to help me get stronger and more flexible in my second trimester. Her patience in explaining the correct posture and breathing was invaluable to me. Highly recommended!!!

She listens to her clients, understands how to work around injuries, and knows how to motivate clients of all ages. Fantastic coaches. I've been going to them for group training for years and both my kids have gone to the kids classes since they were little. They really care about you and your health.
Love her enthusiasm and fitness regimes setup for my body type. I enrolled for the private training and I m loving every bit of it. Dana is amazing and a true inspiration to stay fit and healthy! :)
