The instructors are great. Very attentive during class and constantly making adjustments to each individual to ensure they’re getting the most out of the workout. There’s plenty of classes so it’s easy to fit into your schedule. They offer so much more than just a workout. Resources for nutrition and heathy habits are discussed each class. Great way to get a good workout in a fun and friendly environment.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I’ve really enjoyed BFF Bootcamp! The classes are engaging, supportive, and full of valuable information. The instructors explain everything clearly, and I feel like I’m learning new skills every session. I know it will take time and practice to master everything, but I appreciate the encouragement and positive learning environment. I highly recommend BFF Bootcamp to anyone looking to grow and learn!
Had my first session at BFF Bootcamp today and really enjoyed it! Jonathan was so kind and gave clear instructions, so I never felt lost during the workout. It was challenging in the best way :). I left feeling accomplished without being completely exhausted. Looking forward to coming back!
