This place has awesome energy, Christian is always inventing new ways to keep class fun and exciting and really does a lot to make everyone feel welcome. Highly recommend
Wow what an amazing workout!! Doesn't matter what level you are, this class is designed to push you to achieve the best workout for your level! I've been going for about a year now and not only is the work out amazing, the group of people make this a blast. Highly recommend it. Great job Christian!
