I am giving a low rating because of a rat problem in the attached, underground garage of the Kennedy Warren, a building proudly managed and owned by BF Saul. I was assigned a parking spot on the same level as the building’s dumpster, which is also next to visitor parking, and later had rats cause damage to my car wiring. I am from outside of DC and was never warned of the known rat problem (known by both long-term residents and management) in the KW garage prior to parking there. Unethical landlords, rent as last resort Most people are attracted to Lyon Place because first, the location, and second, the perceived quality of construction and amenities when a prospective tenant takes a tour. To the first point, Clarendon has evolved a lot in the last 5 years and there are now numerous other options in close proximity to the metro station. Choose elsewhere.
